Ricardo Aleman Chinea, MD
Ricardo Aleman Chinea, MD is board certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital, a community teaching hospital in Philadelphia with an academic affiliation with the University of Pennsylvania.
After completing the program in June of 2013, Dr. Aleman relocated his family to Palm Beach County and worked at Prettelt Center for Family Health before opening his own private practice in July, 2020.
Dr. Aleman is a member of the American Medical Association (since 2009) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (since 2010).
Personal interests include politics, basketball, baseball and board games. Dr. Aleman is a married and has two children.
Kimberly K. Gunn, DNP, APRN
Kimberly K. Gunn, DNP, APRN, NP-C, is a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She attended the University of Miami, where she earned several degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with a specialty in Family Practice, and has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2011.
Kim’s medical interests include primary prevention and preventive care, including an emphasis on health strategies and lifestyle behaviors that will help prevent a multitude of chronic health conditions and diseases. She believes it is important to avoid over-prescribing medications and tries to utilize alternative measures first, if medically appropriate. Her interests also include Women’s Health and Adult Health.
Kim is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Erick. Both Kim and Erick are Florida natives, and they currently reside in Jupiter with their three children; Jacob, Madison, and Hadley. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys cheering on her alma mater, the University of Miami, in all collegiate sports, especially football.
